REUNION NEWS

It's On!!

While the menz have been sleeping the ladies have been strategizing and have taken a slight lead in the Battle of the Sexes fundraising campaign.

But we can always use more! So, please continue to donate to the links previously listed on this blog and alert Cheryl Dunn Badger as soon as you do at redtees1@gmail.com.

Online Auction

If you want to get your game on we've got a pair of tickets to the Cleveland Cavaliers-Atlanta Hawks game in Cleveland on April 2. We don't know how close you'll be able to get to King James, but the minimum bid is likely to be around $100. UNews will update this info as soon as we know for sure. Bidding is open to everyone. Please send all bids to Cheryl Dunn Badger at redtees1@gmail.com.

Additionally, I will be donating a 16x20 framed and matted original photograph from one of my recent trips to Africa, called zulu eyes. Minimum bid is $150.

We are also looking for other donations. Please contact Cheryl if you have other items.

SHOUT OUT

No one is more thankful that award season is over but thanks to Oscar winner Mo'Nique, Miki Turner went out with a bang. On Sunday, just minutes after winning her golden boy Mo gave Miki a shout out in the press room and the bite was aired internationally. Miki, her video crew and a photographer had been trailing Mo all weekend for a Jet magazine cover story. You can check out the video footage at ebonyjet.com and the story next week. Here's the clip of the Mo-Miki exchange!
